Manoj Yadav brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with key leadership roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Home First Finance Company. Over the course of more than 12 years in housing finance, Manoj has demonstrated a remarkable ability to set up and scale business from inception to a portfolio size of more than ₹1,000 crore across West and North India.

He has expertly managed large teams and overseen all critical functions, including portfolio management, operations, and business strategy. This hands-on experience gives him deep insight into market dynamics, organizational requirements, training/learning needs at all levels and the evolving skill sets essential for success in the sector. At every stage, his focus has been building—branches, teams, and leaders. In his last stint, he redesigned program for identifying future leaders, initiated a new Team Leader's program and FINE tuned the 6-month milestone reviews and feedback programs to retain talent through structured feedback and career mapping.

Building on this foundation, Manoj has recently established Elevant Business Solutions, specializing in talent solutions for the housing finance industry. His holistic understanding of both staffing needs and sector-specific skills allows him to connect top talent with leading opportunities.
